Who can become a Comploa partner?
We work with firms that help importers and brands get products into India:

- Authorised Indian Representatives for foreign manufacturers

What do partners get?
Partners receive introductions to importers, brands and manufacturers who have asked for filing help and agreed to be introduced. Each introduction includes the product, the approvals it needs according to our check, where it is made and the client's timeline, so you can quote without a discovery call. We introduce at most two partners per enquiry.
What do we ask of partners?
- Clear, written quotes, with government fees, lab charges and your own fee shown as separate lines.
- No promises of guaranteed approval or of timelines that depend on a regulator.
- Applications filed in the manufacturer's own portal account, not yours.
- A reply to every introduced enquiry within one working day.
- Honest feedback when a client's case is outside your scope.
- Valid registration or recognition for the work you do, such as BIS lab recognition.

Can partners influence what Comploa publishes?
No. Partners never pay to appear on, or change, a reference page. Our guides and consultant pages explain how to vet any firm, whether or not they are our partner. If an importer tells us a partner fell short of these standards, we stop introducing them.
What are the commercial terms?
Commercial terms, including any referral fee, are agreed in writing before the first introduction. Importers are told in our disclaimer that partners may pay us a referral fee.

Is there a fee to join?
No. There is no joining fee. Any referral fee on introduced work is agreed in writing before the first introduction.
How many partners do you introduce per enquiry?
At most two, chosen for the product, the approval and, where it matters, the city.
Can a partner pay to be listed on a city or approval page?
No. Reference pages are written independently and are never sold.
